UK Commercial Contest: Hooked in 60 seconds?
Win 2 VIP tickets and enjoy a chauffeur driven ride, a spectacular dinner, and star-studded show!
Keep a Child Alive is proud to announce the launch of the UK’s Video Commercial Contest where the winner plus guest will be chauffeur driven to join Alicia Keys and special guests at the Black Ball in London in April 2010.
Keep a Child Alive is dedicated to helping families affected and infected with HIV/AIDS and asks you to help promote awareness of this disease and the devastating effect it‘s having in the developing world. A donation of £1 will buy drugs that will save a life.
Eligible participants are invited to produce a 60 second video (or less) that encourages people to text the word ‘alive’ to 82540 and donate £3. By texting the word ‘Alive’ £3 will automatically be added to the mobile phone bill and Keep a Child Alive will receive 75% of this fee (after network charges and a processing fee).
Use Facebook, use Youtube Quick Capture, use your digital camera or your Flipcam or your iPhone/mobile phone..... there are so many easy ways to record a short message!
The winning commercial will not be chosen based on technical skill but on how well you encourage viewers to text 'ALIVE' in a creative, imaginative, innovative, and upbeat manner. Educate, encourage and inspire. We ask you, will your audience be hooked in 60 seconds?
Check out the ‘tool-kit’ in the menu bar above and find facts and figures on HIV/AIDS.
