Good morning, how goes it today?, hope all is well with you. I'm doing well excited about KCA and, a meeting I'm going to have with a co-worker over the weekend. Melissa is a Zeta, and I am going to solicit the help of these ladies to help jumpstart my fundraising effoerts. I'll give you a yell after my meeting to give you and update, cross your fingers and say a prayer for luck. Talk to you soon, take care, and have a wonderful day.

Hi Louise,

Hope you're doing well! Our campus already has a few student groups geared towards spreading HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention, and I'm part of a student group that is working towards spreading HIV/AIDS awareness among students attending both public and private high schools from all types of economic backgrounds around the Los Angeles area through educational skits and performances. Since it is already too late to start an official student group on campus for this year, I was thinking about maybe getting a few of the other campus organizations involved in the work KCA does. I was wondering how did other successful KCA university chapters start out and what type of work do they do on their campuses?

Thanks for your help!

Louise, thanks for your rapid response. I am kicking around the idea of involving the colleges in my area. Their are 3 colleges in the neighborhood. Perhaps involving the Greek Letter organizations would be a jump start to something fantastic, would do you think? I am going to get ready for work, I'll check back in with you later. Have a wonderful day.

Sincerely,

Pam Johnson

Louise, hello how're you? I am doing just fine his morning. I would like to thank you for lending a helping hand with the fundraising ideas, I appreciate any help you may be able to offer. I am very interesting in involving my friends in this venture and, raising as much as we can on a regular basis. For the first time I believe this to be a "real" organization worthy of my time & money. I want desperately to make a difference in the lives of those persons affected by this deadly disease. Please suggest away, I'd be most grateful.

Thank you so very much,

Pam Johnson

Ms. O'Shea, thank you for the comment, I myself am not in high school,

(I wish) but I do have a 14 year old son who is a freshman in high school. He also wants to help. The first weekend of Dec, I am putting together a weekend for females only! I would like to introduce KCA to my female friends and relatives. My son has thought of a couple of fundraising ideas ie: a concert,a dance ect.... Now I know I will need to start a chapter in my area, so if someone would point me in the right direction I would really appericate the help!

Thank you
Sincerely,
Renita Tolden

Hello, thank you much for the welcome. I wanted to add a link or banner to my website on our charities page, can you please tell me how to do that and or the policies regarding doing so. We would love to include KCA as one of our charities that we support. Thank you much and have a great day, Donna.
